There's a lot going on here:

• Intentional crackle finish in orange and grey throughout

• Gold trim throughout

• Cluster of fruits, stems, leaves on lid

• Could be used as a vase but more likely to be a covered display piece

• There is a signature inside the lid

• Made in Denmark likely in the mid-century

• This is likely ceramic but it could be a more dense material
