Vintage 1930s Jennings Brothers JB 2627 Borzoi Russian Wolfhound Dog Bronzed Metal Figurine
An early bronze patinated, cast figure of a Borzoi Russian Wolfhound by Jennings Brothers. Not sure of the actual metal, but it is not solid. Opinions vary on whether this dates from the 1920 or 1930s but it is early 20th century. Jennings Brothers were makers of detailed cast figures of dogs and various animals, desk accessories and various decorative objects. Signed JB and numbered 2627.
